WHEN WILL MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED?
We try to ship your package within 24 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends and holidays.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?
We ship our packages with PostNL and a signature may be requested upon receipt. If you are not at home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information about how and where you can collect the package. It may also be that he / she will try two more times to deliver your package. You can also choose to have the package delivered directly to a collection point. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been shipped. Moreover, we will not send your package again if you have not been able to receive it.

RETURNS
You can return your online order to us within 14 days of receipt. It is not necessary to state a reason and you do not have to inform us about your return shipment.
Please make sure not to return items from multiple orders in one package so that you receive your refund as soon as possible. Returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped – and with their original label / tag. We do not accept or refund items that have been worn or washed. If the items are worn out due to heavy use, we have the right to return the item to the sender.
RETURN BY MAIL OR COURIER
If you want to return the order by post or courier, this is free. We are not responsible for products that are returned to us in error. We do recommend that you use a courier service that will insure you for the value of the items you are returning, or provide proof of postage.
Make sure the items you want to return are well packed
Place the items you want to return in the original packaging in the box. Indicate by e-mail what the reason for the return is.
Take your package to a PostNL delivery point. Keep your receipt.
Note: We only accept undamaged items that are in their original condition, with tags / labels attached.
We will send you a return confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have received your return in our warehouse. Within a week after processing your return, the return amount will be refunded via the payment method chosen by you.
REFUND
If you have made use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the article in question (including any shipping costs) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after receipt of the message that you want to terminate the agreement, provided that we have actually received the item in question or you can prove that the item has been returned. We will refund you with the same payment method as you used to purchase the item, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you for this refund.
